Personal Belongings & Vehicle Condition
- Customer Responsibility: Clients must remove all personal belongings, valuables, money and significant items from their vehicle prior to service. Please also ensure all pets are secured away from the work area for their safety for all and work efficiently.
- Waiver of Liability: Paradise Auto Detailing is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage to any personal property, including the vehicle itself, any belongings left inside the vehicle, or the service location. All vehicles are serviced at the customer's own risk.
Pre-Existing Damage & Liability
- No Responsibility: We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage, including but not limited to dents, scratches, paint chips, interior tears, loose trim, or mechanical/electrical issues.
- Age & Wear and Tear: We are not liable for the deterioration of any part of the vehicle due to age, wear and tear, or prior exposure to the elements. This includes fragile, custom, or aftermarket parts (e.g., spoilers, decals, antennas).
- Inspection: Any claims for damage caused by our negligence must be made before the vehicle leaves the premises or the detailer leaves the mobile location. Once the customer has taken possession of the vehicle, Paradise Auto Detailing is released from any liability.
Service Results & Guarantees
- No Guarantee: We cannot guarantee the 100% removal of all contaminants or defects, including, but not limited to, upholstery stains, foul odors, pet hair, paint swirls, scratches, or water spots. We will perform to the best of our ability, but some issues may be irreversible.
- Hazardous Materials: We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a service if we discover undisclosed hazardous materials (e.g., bodily fluids, mold, chemical spills, needles).
Pricing, Upcharges & Fees
- Starting At Prices: All advertised prices are 'starting at' prices. The final price is based on the vehicle's size, condition, and specific services selected.
- Excessive Condition Surcharge: A surcharge of $100/hr will be applied for vehicles with excessive pet hair, sand, trash, bodily fluids, or heavy soiling. This fee will be quoted and must be approved by the client before the additional work is performed.
Appointment & Cancellation Policy
- Notice Period: We require 24 to 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than the 24 hours before the scheduled time will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- No-Show Fee: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without any notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service value.
- Deposits: Non-refundable deposits are required to secure the appointment.
Mobile Detailing Policies (If Applicable)
- Access: For mobile services, you must provide a safe, legal, and accessible area to work (e.g., driveway, private parking lot). We must have ample space to open all vehicle doors.
- Pet Policy: For the safety of your pets and our technicians, please ensure all pets are secured indoors or in a separate, contained area away from the service location before we arrive. This allows our team to work safely and efficiently.
Authorization
- Vehicle Operation: By booking a service, you authorize Paradise Auto Detailing LLC to operate the vehicle for the purposes of moving it on the service premises (e.g., reposition it in a driveway).
- Photo & Video Release (Opt-In): We love to showcase our work and may ask for your vehicle's results. We will only use this media for promotional and marketing purposes (such as on our website or social media) with your explicit consent. We will ensure any personal identifying information (like license plates or personal items) is obscured.
